1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours before the service time.
  • For late rescheduling requests, additional charges may apply based on availability.

3. Refunds

  • If a cancellation is made within the appropriate timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Service Issues

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
